quickly to possible cases.so far, there have been no reported cases in korea.the kcdc says the possibility of it spreading in the country is low since the main carriersof the virus, mosquitoes, are inactive in the winter.the zika virus is a mosquito-borne illness which has been linked to brain deformitiesin newborns and serious, sometimes deadly, developmental delays.however adults infected with the virus typically show mild symptoms, including fever, rashand red eyes.... 80 percent of those infected show no symptoms at all.outbreaks have historically occurred in remote parts of africa and the pacific islands. butafter the first cases of it outside these
